Situated in Hólmavík in the West Iceland region, Beautiful house just 50 m from the sea features a patio and mountain views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Fully equipped, spacious, modern cottage in as new condition with a garden and a view. In the morning went down to the beach to photograph. Washing machine and dryer. No feel of minimalist zimmer for tourists. Could imagine living here.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Very well designed cabin. Space utilization was good. Very nice comfortable clean bed and linens. Small kitchen but we found everything we need. Pots, pens, utensils, etc. My husband loved tea and coffee provided by the host. Views outside cabin 1 were nice, we could see the ocean from far. We loved our two night stay.

No matter what the weather, or which direction you look, you'll be blown away by the sheer majesty of the mountains and ocean. The place feels like a true gem - a retreat from the outside world and also an excellent base for exploring the southern part of the Western Fjords region. Lots of nice hot springs nearby, and beautiful walks right on your doorstep. The cottage is well equipped, the peace and quiet is fantastic and the views just carry on forever. Worth coming to the Western Fjords just for this experience!

There is parking on-site and the property offers an electric vehicle charging station. This was our favorite accommodation in the Westfjords. First of all, the price matched the quality, which allowed to accommodate two couples. We enjoyed the sounds of the sea coming from the ocean and the swim at nearby thermal natural pool.
