Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to key attractions and shops. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I can’t say enough about the level of service at the Castle. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, and they made me feel right at home. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall experience made my stay truly unforgettable. We really enjoyed the quiet and remote location of the guesthouse. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The house offers two beautiful bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a shared common area.

The owner of the property greeted us upon arrival and introduced the facilities. He kindly allowed us to wash our car dirty from muddy roads which was very much appreciated.

Holt Inn is a magical place, so remote in the beautiful West Fjords with extraordinary views. The service was excellent. A true example of hospitality. The room comfortable and very clean. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly.

With plenty of space for a big family traveling together, and two bathrooms (including laundry!), this place is perfect for a group of travelers.

Featuring free WiFi, Tangahús Guesthouse offers accommodation in Borðeyri. Certain rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Some units have views of the sea or mountain. Loved the location out on the spit. The wind blew hard on our third floor room all night and it was so relaxing and refreshing to feel wild nature while being safe and warm inside. I felt like a Tolkien character and that was amazing. Great family room with bare bone essentials for our stay. The dining room was beautiful and so cozy. I sat out looking for the northern lights from the northern windows after I made a pot of coffee in the kitchen. It was a rare moment the stars came out on the blustery night. It was enjoyable getting to meet other travelling couples and families who made meals alongside us. The kitchen have everything needed to cook up some good breakfast and dinner. There were hand knit sweaters and underbuksers there to purchase also! The bookshelf was full of interesting books that I wish I had more time to look at.
