Boasting a bar and views of city, La Duse Luxury Rooms is a recently renovated guest house situated in Pescara, 600 metres from Pescara Beach. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has private entrance. Location was a perfect distance to the beach, shops, bus and railway station. We loved the marble interior, the room was clean, decorated to a high standard with hot drink facilities and cold drinks in the fridge. The shower was hot, the toiletries provided was a nice addition, lovely fluffy towels. The key code rather than a key for access was quick and easy to use. The motion sensor light gave us peace of mind during the night if needed. It is not necessary to have the room cleaned daily but can be if required. The balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the busy street was ideal, perhaps a couple of outdoor stools for us nosey people. Spizzo cafe was good for breakfast, the food was tasty, just enough to set us up for a trip to the beach with friendly staff every time.

We had a very positive reaction all the time. The cleaning lady was doing a good job and everything was left tidy and organised. The location was perfect. Everything was close by. The railway station on 659m from Empatia and down below is a nice coffee shop plus a good size supermarket. Highly recommended.
