The room we stayed in is located right at the beach, with a beautiful sea view! The owner was really helpful and organized a transfer for us to and from the airport wich made it really convenient! Apartment is maybe 15 minutes drive from the airport! All the restaurants and shops are on walking distance. Everything in the room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly, and helped us with logistics of how to get to Rome for our day trip!

Excellent value for your money. Stefano is a great host and is willing to help you whichever way he can. Picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at the airport; there is a cost for it, but in my case it was well worth it. I only stay one night and left really early the next day. I recommend this place and will stay again here, if I have to stay close to the Fiumicino Airport.

Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations regarding nearby beaches and restaurants.

The owners were very kind and friendly, and our room/common area was very clean and comfortable. We had trouble finding the hotel and opening our room key, but the owners came out to find us when we reached the nearby area, and helped us out with the room key without any hesitation. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, and coffee was nice, as we didn’t have to worry about breakfast. We would like to stay here again, when we visit Civitavecchia!

Nicola and Eliana were exceptional hosts whose warm hospitality made my visit truly special. Their kindness and attention ensured I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided was superb—fresh, delicious, and of very high quality. The guesthouse itself was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the genuine, welcoming atmosphere, which made my experience memorable. My only regret is that I didn't have time to visit the restaurant Nicola recommended. If I return to Civitavecchia, I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
