They are very hardworking, and the room cleaning is done daily and is excellent. In the morning, a wonderful breakfast is served, a mix of à la carte and buffet. The beach service is top-notch, with bar facilities on the beach that are very affordable. You can have a carefree holiday. There is also a wonderful sea for families with children. The hotel restaurant offers nice dinners in the evenings, but there are also great places to go outside. For instance, you can have amazing meals at Rusticotto for 8-12 Euros. Hotel Boutique Ideal provides some rooms with sea views, and rooms are equipped with a balcony. All rooms have a wardrobe. I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

The rooms and whole complex were spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. The area was quiet, the decor was lovely. The host was very helpful. The showers were amazing.

Our host Vincenzo was the most wonderful and friendly any traveler could wish for. He explained to us about the island , gave us a map with points to visit and told us how to get there as well as recommended the best restaurants. He prepared a beautiful breakfast fresh every morning that included eggs, pastry, cold cuts, toast, fruit salad that he makes different every morning, lemonade, and coffee. The host provided beach towels and made sure that our stay was as convenient and comfortable as it could be. The facilities were absolutely spotless! We had the most wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

Rooms are spacious clean, each with thier own arched balcony within this charming turn of the century villa located in the heart of Ischia walking distance to all cute shops doted along the main cobblestone street leading to the castle. The property is surrounded with peaceful garden with various fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend this place. The price is extremely reasonable might be worth it to contact them directly first.
