The amenities provided were among the most complete and considerate I’ve ever seen, exceeding even hotel standards. The staff were also very friendly and professional. Despite our late arrival, the LINE communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in process was smooth and easy to follow. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we truly loved the experience.

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with a wardrobe. Complete with a shared bathroom equipped with slippers, the units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a terrace. At the guest house, the units have bed linen and towels. This is 100% the most memorable accommodation I’ve stayed at in Japan so far, out of two trips. The host is kind, the food is incredibly good and generous portions. Great ryokan experience. ❤️ The bathrooms and bath (onsen-style) are shared, but were always well cleaned. It’s a small ryokan, so there isn’t a lot of foot traffic in these areas anyway. The bath was very relaxing. Most rooms are traditional tatami. There is parking in front of the building if you rent a car visiting Sado Island (which I heavily recommend). I would want to come back to Nanauraso when I come back to Sado.
