We were anxious about the accommodation being close to the road, but it was not an issue at all. Our bedroom balcony extended over the picturesque riverbed. The guest house has recently been renovated in a tasteful, thoughtful manner. We have stayed at accommodations of all budgets, from private multi level ocean front houses to places like this with shared bathrooms. We loved our stay here, there were ample bathrooms, they were modern and immaculately clean, we enjoyed meeting other guests and finding out tips on where to go. The hosts David and Yoshiko are amazing. The Family Mart next door was handy for snacks. Our two teens enjoyed as much as we did the Ramen restaurant and Izakaya close by. Two nights here was not enough for our family of four ( two teens, mom and dag )

One of my favourite place to stay in Japan. The sea view from the room and serene neighborhood are amazing. The facility is really great, especially common space at the outdoor where you can relaxing enjoy the sea; perfect to experience slow-paced travel. The owner is also genuinely kind. Set in Takamatsu, 12 km from Sunport Takamatsu, THE CHELSEA BREATH offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. Loved the hotel so much we asked to stay another night. Rooms are lovely. Drinks and snacks were available in the lounge and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Literally one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed at. The owner is super friendly and speaks great English. The main lounge is comfy and has many interesting items related to Canada, baseball, and the Shikoku Henro Pilgrimage to look at. The beds are soft and spacious. The showers and other facilities are clean and modern. Absolutely loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again!

Place to go if you want to experience japanese hospitality! Yukiko, the owner, is very welcoming, nice and super helpful. The house is very beautiful, you'll find japanese-style rooms with tatami floors and it is super clean. Yukiko also is a great cook, her meals are incredible, always fresh and prepared so nicely. Make sure to have dinner as well or you don't want to skip that!

He will surely send you a lot of infos about activities in the area. Make sure you will follow his instructions to get to his place if you chose to spend sometime in this area and bring some food with you
