At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future
