The room was very nice, modern and beautifully designed, as was the whole hotel. The location is perfect, located in a pretty and peaceful neighbourhood and just next to the sea, and with many beautiful tourist attractions just nearby, within a 10-30 minute walk. The room also had a lot of very high quality accessories, such as a music dynamic and a vinyl player. Also, the breakfast provided every morning by our door was delicious and very conveniently and cutely organised, as were the other snacks provided in the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and we truly appreciated the small touches like receiving free water every day during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was both cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short distance from some of the main attractions, including beautiful waterfalls. It’s also conveniently close to the airport bus and other bus stops, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are several great restaurants nearby, so finding a delicious meal was never an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Grang Seogwipo and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, I even gave him a new T-shirt that didn't fit me. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but it was enough to start the day. The price is fair, especially for Jeju Island. The location is okay, not central, but very close to the airport. In fact, I walked there on foot with no problem. Overall, a good value and a warm atmosphere. Also, they have cats, loved it! I will probably return one day.

Bed was clean, shower was excellent, food was fairly priced and I slept the best on my nights during the trail. Highly recommended!

Met some nice people there as well.
