Lovely hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, the best thing is the staff at the reception,they were very helpful and kind especially Shahan, Fouad, and Nader ..Sawsan at the housekeeping department is very kind and helpful . We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Great location , large rooms, clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and very responsive. They are always smiling and offering help. We are grateful for the whole staff for making our stay pleasant.

Located in Beirut, the 5-star Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort offers a labyrinth of pools, including the legendary Summerland "Cascade Waterfall" and an indoor pool. This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.
