We had the opportunity to stay for one night. It is a very nice and beautiful place. It is a good place to sleep in peace and quiet. We recommend it. The beach is very close. We can walk to the beach. The food there was amazing. There was a person who cooked for us. It was very delicious. We liked it so much that we asked him to cook for us the next morning. He also cooked with satisfaction. We recommend you to go there once and spend your night.

We recently staying five days at Kirsh Hotel in Pasikuda, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the food at Kirsh Hotel is exceptional. Each meal was, bursting with traditional Sri Lankan flavour and prepared with the utmost care. Spiciness was adjusted to our taste. What truly sets Kirsh Hotel apart is the warmth and hospitality of the hotel owner. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and made to feel right at home. The owner's personal touch added an extra layer of charm to our stay, and we appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. And the location! Kirsh Hotel is conveniently located close, 150m; to a stunning 20 km stretch of Kalkudha beach, allowing guests to easily soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply stroll along the sandy shores and take in the breathtaking views. Overall, our stay at Kirsh Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the tasty food to the warm hospitality and stunning location, it exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend Kirsh Hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway in Pasikuda.

Great guest house with lovely owners and staff.Rooms are so comfortable.The breakfasts they serve you on the balcony overlooking beach,the breakfasts are delicous.1 minute walk and your on a lovely beach which you literally have to yourself.On the left of beach is coral reef you can snorkle.Restuarants just short walk away and a 10 minute walk to Pasikuda beach.

The eco-friendly Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection sits on the sandy shores of Passekudah Bay on the east coast of Sri Lanka. Wow, this place blew our minds. Absolutely stunning resort right on the beach - even better than pictured. The food was also sensational (fried butter prawns in particular), rooms beautiful and the staff rounded out the experience. All of the staff were lovely and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Ruchi (the animator) was a highlight. He proactively engaged my three year old son on the first day and by day two were fast friends - making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We were there for 3 nights and while I normally want to get out and about - I was really happy to spend the whole time at the resort. Can’t recommend Maalu Maalu any higher

You have a lot of privacy. It is very calm, the host & the whole staff is very lovely & helpful. The dinner and breakfast was always very delicous. They helped us with everything we needed. We had an amazing time & enjoyed the conversations with everyone there.

We were quite concerned on the way there because the trip was through some interesting but desolate terrain. What a great surprise. The property is beautiful and the staff and service were superb. The food was good too.

This place is twice as nice as the Ubay Homestay I stayed at in Trincomalee for which I paid much more - $30 per night. What's better about it, besides the lower price, is: More spacious, more modern room Fewer bugs (really hardly any) Larger, less smelly bathroom Much quieter setting. Instead of being in the middle of a bunch of other places, including a loud hostel next door, as Ubay was, this place is in a wide open, peaceful setting, the only close neighbor a church. Better breakfast at the same price - 1300 Free, filtered water A larger staff, very attentive, but unobtrusive, only there when you need them The two beaches nearby are quieter and less crowded Much thanks to Usha, the owner's wife, who speaks excellent English. She welcomed me graciously with fresh coconut water and gave me another one when I left.
