Everything felt very luxurious, the staff were so genuine and warm, the on site restaurants I tried were fantastic (especially the chinese one), the pool is awesome and my personal highlight was the excellently equipped gym - everything is brand new. Maintaining a property like this, right by the ocean, is a big task - I hope the team will manage because I'd love to return one day.

When we checked in we got upgraded to a suite and even though we only stayed 1 day, it was so wonderful! The kids had lots of space and even we enjoyed the amenities including the huge rub and breathtaking view from the bathroom!

Very cooperative and friendly staff, the manager was also very nice, rooms were perfect, air conditioning was always working, hot water was available, the location is very good, near to the beach and close to restaurants, a truly underrated hotel.

Very comfortable bed and beautifully designed bathroom and walk-in closet. The open plan living/dining/kitchen was extremely spacious and had beautiful ocean views from the balcony! We would love to stay again, especially for a longer period. Check-in is with onsite staff at The Fab bakery, very conveniently located downstairs. Entrance is through a back gate manned by a security guard and up an elevator so it's important to make a note of those instructions if you're coming and going when the bakery is closed.

The location is fantastic — everything you could need is within a 5–10 minute walk: the beach, Galle Road, great restaurants, markets, currency exchange shops, cozy coffee spots, and even a mosque. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The best part was the owner — he personally manages the property and is always around to help. Super friendly, flexible, and genuinely cares about making sure you have everything you need. It really made a difference in my stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place with amazing support, I would 100% recommend staying here!
