The hotel opened a few months ago so everything is clean and new. 5-10min tuk tuk ride to the Galle fort area with lots of restaurants and shops. We truly loved our stay!

Everything was amazing from the facilities to the staff who were so kind and helpful. The grounds of the hostel are so calm and peaceful which makes for a very relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are large and clean! While the hostel is a little out of the center of Unawatuna, it is no problem getting there either by walking or by tuk tuk.

This might just be my favourite resort on the south coast of Sri Lanka. It was great value for money, the rooms were spacious and very clean. I slept amazingly during my stay as the bed was very comfortable. The manager and staff were friendly and very helpful with giving me recommendations and booking me tuktuks into town. I work online so the plus was the hotel had fast internet and good coffee. I’ll definitely be back at Terra.

Superbly clean and wonderful view from the room. I would further recommend rooms on the higher floor which is nearing completion next November which will give you a way better view. The toilet and shower is clean and fitting with quality fittings and finishing. Beds were comfy , room size is a bit small but wasn't an issue. Nice seating area in the balcony to enjoy the sea view right in front of the rooms. The food is also very good and tasty, their seafood is one of the best . The owner Ms. Darshie is a very friendly and helpful, she really takes her guest to the heart and ensures each one of them has a comfortable stay. She doubles up as the chef and made us the best breakfast ever ! Overall this is the best hotel for us in the entire Sri Lanka! A special mention for the husband whom took the trouble to drop us off at the Railway station on our departure. Thank you Sir !
