It’s just a short walk to the beach, and if you stroll a little to the left, you’ll find a lovely stretch of beach that’s very safe for swimming. From the shore, you can also arrange boat rides along the Bentota River—an unforgettable experience. The owner, Samira, is incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and is always willing to help. He even took us around for a very reasonable price and arranged a massage at the villa for us at a good rate. Breakfast was excellent with generous portions, and on a particularly hot day, he kindly brought fresh fruit juice without us even asking. The villa itself is beautifully done in an antique style, with hot water, air conditioning, and all the comfort you need. I stayed for three days, and it was absolutely perfect. In the mornings, plenty of birds visit the garden, making the stay even more special.

Would 100% recommend for a relaxing and quiet vacation. It is really clean, well maintained. All the staff is doing an excellent job, wonderful service! Food was good and affordable.

Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

Accommodation was basic but clean and lovely. Beautiful swimming pool. Delicious breakfast but even better was the genuine reception received from Victor and Deepi and their family. So hospitable and shared with us a wonderful insight into Sri Lankan life. If you want to tour locally they can arrange this at reasonable prices for you.

Sarah and Rosi gave us the impression that we were staying at a family home rather than a guesthouse as soon as we arrived. Both of them are incredibly kind, welcoming, and sincerely helpful they are always smiling and have excellent local advice. The beach, which has good waves for surfing and clear water for swimming, is only a short stroll away, making the location ideal. After long days in the sun, the clean, comfortable rooms and beds were just what we needed. Sunny Villa made us feel welcome in every way. You come here as a visitor and go away feeling like a member of the family. Our stay was better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend!

The Nonnas Privacy Villa ligger i Beruwala, tæt på Moragalla Beach og 47 km fra Mount Lavinia Bus Stand. Her er en balkon med udsigt til en have samt gratis cykler og en have. Vi havde en overnatning på denne lille skønne oase. Det var småt, men godt og meget rent og velholdt, Der var tryk på vandet i hanen og varmt vand. Sengen var behagelig. Og så er det desuden rigtig billigt for området så tæt på stranden. Vi har mødt mange søde værter på vores vej gennem landet, men ingen så god, sød og imødekommende som ham. Da han kom for at sige farvel, havde han købt en lille snack til vores køretur. Tøv ikke med at bestille overnatning her. Vi vil til enhver tid overnatte her igen, hvis vores vej kommer her forbi igen.

The Bed was combatable & Room Clean. Breakfast is delicious. Specially fresh fruit juice, location,& Staff is best. and they have good tour package (visit all around of Beautiful sri lanka) highly recommended little place....

We booked just one apartment, but there are two apartments with separate kitchens with kitchenette.WiFi was good. It was a simple cosy cottage with all the facilities you need. Working table, small garden, washing machine and modern furniture included.The most important thing is the location.Few steps to the Moragolla beach through a shadow lane with trees.(near the Palms Hotel). The Villa is not much expensive like at beach front. You will feel relax at seascape for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
