The property is on the beach, which amazing views from the room balcony. The property is located very centrally and it’s just walking distance to Kurumba Beach Club and Kai Beach club. The rooms were cleaned everyday, new bedding, towels, it was like walking into a brand new room everyday. They left water, teabags and sugar. There was a bar fridge with soda and water - for convenience. The room furniture and decor was nice and esthetic, balcony was clean and you could sit with your tea or drinks and watch the sunset. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, when I arrived they brought me coffee, when I was leaving they brought me some fresh juice, extremely tentative and paid attention to small details. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. I 10/10 recommend anyone staying here, it’s a new guesthouse, clean and safe.

The owner was so welcoming and always went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Room was super clean , bathroom was also clean. Have a small balcony. You can get lunch and dinner from the restaurant down the hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach, DotsBay House and many other wonderful places. Highly recommended.
