The beds were comfy and we had the option of an additional bed if required. Heating and air conditioner in room which was good as we needed the heating when the weather got cold. There was a TV on the wall with Wi-Fi and some on demand services which I didn’t personally use. There was a desk in the room too which was useful and a kettle, mugs, wine glasses and a mini bar so everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. They helped me book an extra night and spoke perfect English so it was very easy. Nice breakfast provided, mix of hot and cold foods, salads, cereals, pastries and drinks. Choices of food changed a little bit daily so nice to have some variety. Lobby area was clean and nice with nice clean toilets and a small area for children to play. Lovely restaurant with nice food at reasonable prices and some beautiful heaters. Outside area was immaculate with a nice children’s playground and lovely walks. On the shores of a beautiful lake with a small beach - sadly we came when it wasn’t warm enough to swim but I bet it’s fantastic in summer! I shall definitely return on my next trip to Latvia.

Breakfast had many healthy options, gym has all technogym equipment. I would definitely come back with more friends. I lost my airpods and staff was so helpful they found it in laundry in 30 minutes.

We had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. The kitchen was stocked with quality appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, along with all the essentials for cooking—such as oil, salt, tea, and coffee beans—all provided free of charge. A particularly nice touch was the "mini-bar" option, where you could conveniently select a drink and pay on the spot using a bank card.

The area, Saulkrasti is close to the sea and has many facilities and is only an hour's train trip from Riga. We arrived late at night and were able to access the property using a key box.
