The hosts went out of their way to assist us by walking us to the market to orientate ourselves on day one. Allie and Mohammed also arranged airport shuttles services, hot air balloon trip and Atlas mountaintop excursions at a reasonable rate. We struggled to book tickets online for the Jardin and Mohammed kindly did this for us as well. Rooms are exceptionally clean and serviced daily. We had the very spacious deluxe apartment with courtyard and we received an authentic experience with the courtyard being open allowing birds to fly in to the ground floor apartment.

Heated pool, amazing tent room with mountain views, friendly and helpful staff throughout, the dinner show was very good and the hotel/rooms were clean throughout. Over all great experience and would highly recommend.
