The staff and the placement, the food was different everyday, if you like homemade food and the quiet of the desert go there. The kitesurf school always helpful. December is not the best time for kitting but still worthy. A lot of activities besaide kite. Just ask for them.

Very nice resort, with super friendly staff - from the reception, to the kitchen, the bar, the cleaners - every one was genuinely friendly. The hotel is set up beautifully in front of the lagoon, and all the areas are very cozy: the indoor restaurant, the outdoor sitting area, the outdoor beach bar, the yoga room: everything is neat! The food was incredibly good, with a huge buffet offering lots of different options (we even found the quality to be way better than the more expensive hotels on the other side of the lagoon!). Our bungalow room was comfortable, and the cleaning ladies even offered to clean it twice a day if we wanted (which was'nt necessary for us, but still a nice gesture/option!). The director was around during our stay, and he seemed friendly not only to the customers but also to the staff, while having everything under control. The free pick-up/drop off shuttle was very convenient as well. The wingfoil instructor we had - Rachid - was super nice and competent, and he was the reason we decided to take more lessons despite the high prices. Also a special shout out to the barman (the one that was running the beachbar during the afternoons), who was incredibly friendly and professional, with strong communication skills in english as well.

He came to take us from the airport, showed us a spotless and very tidy apartment and gave us all relevant contacts to move around Dakhla !

The food during the week was FANTASTIC!!!! (On Friday there was a buffet which wasn´t as good as the food they served during the week although it wasn´t bad either. The girl that served us was very helpful and super kind. We needed to get a plane early morning so they made especially for us a breakfast at 5.30 but we could even have it earlier.

The breakfast was delicious and cooked by lovely ladies from Senegal, which are very charming and servant! The host lady lola and her husband were amazing and very welcoming! I will definitely come back again to dakhla and stay at their place! You really feel yourself at home

Situated in Dakhla in the Oued Eddahab-Lagouira Region, 30 km from Kite Surf (Shop and beach), Résidence Tamaya features a barbecue and views of the city. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.... Excellent host with very good tips and availability for questions. Excellent apartment, very big and quality couch, excellent cleanliness, the cleaning lady visiting almost everyday so it was always vey clean. We had also a place where to dry our kitesurfing equipment. Windows quality is excellent, you don't hear any noises from the street. Good authentic restaurants 1 min walk from the residence. Several stores just in the next door of the building. Parking in the street at the residence, you can always find free spaces. Nearby (1 min walk) big local market for local fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. with excellent quality. Bank with good exchange rate in the street. Mosque is nearby, so you hear the sessions and you get the real Dakhla local experience. Top notch residence with excellent location and the best host.

Located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Dakhla, Dar Rio Oro offers a terrace with sea views and Moroccan lounges. Excursions and guided tours can be organized at the property. Everything was lovely at this property. Clean and comfortable room and delicious breakfast. The owner, Fatima, was extremely kind and helpful and I appreciate all her kindness during my stay. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Kind of on the main road, but also sheltered from it, so noise not a factor. Refurbished, comfortable bungalows, individual hot water tanks. Daily cleaning with change of towels and toiletries.
