The young man at the reception is amazing and very helpful. My friend didn't manage to book the last night there, so had to move to another hotel. We went before the tour to check the other hotel, but they didn't open the door. The restaurant has low volume music, where I could also work at with my laptop. Internet worked well both at room and at restaurant.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, from Anass in the lobby to Amine the General Director of the hotel who was trying to help us with all our queries and needs.
