The flat was clean, big refrigerator was very nice benefit, on the balcony was shadow whole day, beach is 2 minutes by feet, and the snorkeling there is amazing. We enjoyed every day there and were not happy to leave.

By the way we went the next night as it was amazing! The food was delicious and cheap! Definitely stay here when you come to Mauritius and Maheburg. The location is a lovely seaside suburb, quiet but still close to everything. I recommend booking the Sea view room, we spent afternoons reading on the terrace. Connie's jam at breakfast is definitely another highlight. This place is a must stay!

Also near the bus route which makes it easier to go from place to place and avoid expensive taxis who rip you off.

First time in Mauritius and this beautiful, aesthetic and convenient place exceeded our expectations. Virginie and her family literally came to the door after 5 minutes with everything we requested, they're such attentive, friendly and helpful hosts. This spacious accommodation comfortably slept all 6 members of my family and was budget friendly for us. With a 6-minute walk to the blue bay shores and free parking we were able to explore Mauritius (and snorkel, make sure you talk to the guys under the umbrellas that will take you near the coral reefs and then by coco island where you snorkel for 45 minutes. We saw so many fish and even a sea turtle!). It was close to the airport so you hear an occasional aircraft pass by, however this didn't bother us. I loved their tea collection. This place is so artistically decorated with gorgeous paintings and vibrant colours, we were in awe. Cutlery, glasses, plates, towels, easy to use stoves, a washing machine for laundry, a pool to relax in, Netflix, we had everything we could've possibly needed. We will most definitely be back, thank you so much!
