We stayed at The Quetzal for a night on our way to Holbox. Monica was a wonderful host. She was always responsive and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner when we arrived, helped us arrange a taxi to the Holbox ferry the next day, and confirmed our return trip a few days later. It rained a little bit while we were there, and we were headed out early the next morning, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but we had a lovely breakfast by it before we had to leave. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in downtown Cancun!

Conveniently located in downtown Cancun Bed and Breakfast Pecari is 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO station, 20 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the entrance to the hotel zone... Room is very big and comfortable. Shower is great. Breakfast is very good. As we got stuck there during the hurricane, we couldn't really enjoy the area, but there are many restaurants and shops around.

Very charming and beautiful hotel in a very good location (close to the beach, main square & restaurants/bar). The rooms are very spacious, super clean and beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with sunbeds and hammocks. Very good breakfast with something for everyone. I‘d definitely recommend staying in this great place! Thank you so much for everything- you made my stay on Holbox perfect.

The Suites Corazon are located only a 3-minute walk from the beach in Playa del Carmen and feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and daily cleaning service. Location. Very close to 5tj avenue. They gave upgrade. Nice ac.

Located on the shores of Bacalar Lagoon, this hotel offers its guests complimentary American breakfast, private pier area and Wi-Fi access in the common area. This place is simply amazing: great spacious design villas in the jungle with amazing bathrooms and lovely patios. The restaurant food is great. The walking tour in the jungle was an unforgettable amazing experience. The pier on the lake is relaxing and peaceful and no boats are passing so very quiet.

If you want to enjoy Holbox, definitely go to this hotel! Everything is great, food, cleanliness, beds, rooms, staff, clean beach, calmness at the end of the hotels, the sea and especially the manager who solved our accommodation problem with generous compensation. We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
