We had the most wonderful stay at Marriott Perhentian Island – truly one of the best experiences of our lives. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised when our original King room reservation was upgraded to a beautiful villa. I can honestly say I was overjoyed. The villa was stunning: a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a private pool overlooking both the jungle and the sea, and a cozy little living room where we could relax and watch our favorite shows in complete comfort and privacy. The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to Zephira, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay – from helping us with reservations to organising our daily activities. She was wonderful, always so kind, and even brought a sweet gift for our 3-year-old son before our departure. It meant so much to us. The hotel has direct access to Romantic Beach, a true paradise with turquoise water and soft white sand. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the restaurants available were all very good. The ferry from Kuala Besut Jetty was comfortable and well-organized, making the journey easy and enjoyable. Our son loved the activities offered, and as a family we enjoyed every single moment. This hotel made our holiday truly unforgettable, and we left with beautiful memories. We absolutely recommend Marriott Perhentian Island without hesitation and we sincerely hope to return very soon

Kids will enjoy the pool and slide. While the adults can gather and chit chatting at the common dining area, which for us, our breakfast and dinner. A fully equipped common kitchen is also very convenient for everyone usage, with hot/cold water dispenser, fridge and even utensils for cooking. After a packed morning shopping at Pasar Payang, and river cruise, it was such a leisure time to be back to the chalet for the adults while kids started to play at the pool. Overall, we are looking forward to come again for our next trip to Kelantan.

It’s located at the beachfront and quick drive (20mins) to one of the nearest jetty to get to your daytrip to the surrounding islands.

Very good hotel and amazing staff. Naseer took very good care of us and knew what I needed before I even knew myself. The location is great, on what I would say is the nicest beach on the islands and while not overboard, theres plenty of things just near the hotel - restaurants, dive centers etc so it doesn't get boring

Absolutely perfect location right on the beach, with lots of nearby options for dinner (less for breakfast and lunch but we made it work). The family were perfect hosts.
