We enjoyed an unforgettable stay at the Flamingo Experience! It's run by a super friendly American-Nicaraguan couple, Ali and Frania, who live there with their seven adorable dogs (those are outside most of the time). We booked two rooms for two couples, and both rooms had an amazing view of Playa Remanso. We loved everything about our stay: the beautiful rooms, personalized breakfast, elegant pool, and the perfect seaside location. Ali and Frania are lovely people as well, and fun to be around. If you're looking for a relaxing beach escape in Nicaragua, we can't recommend The Flamingo Experience enough!

Tukasa - Surfhouse Popoyo ligger i Popoyo, 2 minutters gang fra Playa Santana Strand, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en terrasse og en bar samt gratis privat parkering. Tukasa is exactly as cool and nice at it seems in the photos, and the vibe is 100%. It's very chill, social and laid back in a good way. I've travelled a lot but its very safe to say this is top 3 if not the best hostel I've stayed in so far :) would stay again without any doubt!

La Sirenita - Ometepe ligger i Altagracia, 6,2 km fra Maderas Volcano, og har en have, en terrasse og en bar samt privat parkering. Pensionatet har familieværelser. La Sirenita is an amazing place to stay. It is a hidden gem right on the lake. It is very peaceful with the most beautiful sunsets on the island and a great and affordable bar just next door - take a walk on the beach. It is a simple accommodation with all the basics you need. If you love nature, camping and being surrounded by animals - this is the place for you. We especially loved Moka, the dog who will follow you around and provide loads of protection. The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and very reasonably priced. It was so affordable! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Amazing well equipped kitchen, clean nice area, place for yoga and helpful host. Definitely recommended!

I had a wonderful experience in this hostel, Daniela and Lubosh(Tony) make you feel amazing, her coffee is the best and the food is amazing, sunsets there are really nice! I loved the peace in this place!

Super nice vibe, the staff and owners are extremely helpful and make your stay special. They create an awesome community by offering activities to do with everyone. Id recommend this hostel 100 percent to anyone!

El Bamboo Cabins ligger i Balgue og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi og have med en terrasse og udsigt til søen. Che was an amazing host with lots of local recommendations and helped us book a scooter, ATV and gave us recommendations for horseback riding. This is an incredibly unique and beautiful cabin that Che built himself as a labour of love for his original home on Ometepe Island. We felt incredibly lucky to have stumbled on this absolute gem of a place to stay in one of the most special places in the world.

Red Pepper Popoyo ligger ved stranden i Popoyo, et stenkast fra Playa Popoyo Strand, og har en have, en terrasse og en restaurant. Overnatningsstedet har et fælles køkken samt gratis wi-fi. The property is very nice with very private rooms and a nice deck on top to lounge in hammocks in the shade.

This place is something really special. Victor and Delfi made us feel so welcome in their little green paradise. The facilities are very nice, everything is made out of Bamboo and the food cooked by Delfi is fresh and sooo tasty. You shouldn't miss this place If you are looking for a relaxed time on the Island. It is close to the starting point of the waterfall hike.
