The staff were very friendly, the room was cute and very comfortable. The restaurant is also great, with plenty of fine dining options. And if you feel like something different, there's another restaurant 5 minutes away. We cycled along the dunes using the rental bikes. I'd recommend the electric ones if the wind is strong. They're powerful enough to ride comfortably through the insane Texel winds. We also borrowed binoculars from the front desk to check out the birds. Very nice. Would come back if we want to visit Texel again!

All instructions were easy to follow and we had settled in with everything setup and sauna heating within an hour. There was a welcome gift for both us and our dog, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent location too! We had wonderful walks in both the woods and the beach during our weekend without moving our car.
