Wonderful setting, staff, room and food. Had an evening meal which was superb as was the breakfast. The beds and linen were excellent and the shower warm and powerful. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. Quet and very close to nature. Beautiful wiew from the rooms. Exellent food brekfast and dinner. Authentic design rooms but where it needs it is modern. Kind and helpfull staff.

Overlooking the Geiranger Fjord where the Eagle Road begins, this holiday park is 2 km from Geiranger Ferry Terminal. The place, the view, everything was excellent.

The hosts have thought of everything - and then if you forgot something they had it . The decor throughout was wonderful. The location and the view of course was really very good. I cannot fault this place.

Fjord time out – peaceful, welcoming, unforgettable. We spent two great weeks in a cozy, well-equipped apartment that was perfect for two. One of the absolute highlights was the view: from both the window and the private seating area in the garden, you can look out over the fjord and the mountains across the water. Simply breathtaking! Our host, who lives upstairs, was incredibly kind and helpful. He offered great tips and information about the area, was always available if needed but always discreet. A lovely personal touch: he flies the flag of each guest’s home country – such a kind and thoughtful gesture! There's also a small beach nearby (5-10 min by car) with a grassy area and picnic tables and an easy access for swimming in the fjord on warm days. We really felt welcome and had a very relaxing time at that place we’d gladly return to.
