Host was very kind and nice! Short walk to the water for the fjord view. We got a chance to see the beautiful Northern lights.. Overall, a wonderful experience at House of Aurora!

Amazing view! very well equipped: it had everything you need to cook, it even had coffee and coffee filters, and a soda stream machine. It also had a huge tv and a wireless bluetooth speaker. Washer & dryer worked well and soap was provided. Although, the best thing for us was the location, in a very quiet area, away from the center and near amazing trails. We got there from the airport by bus on a Monday without problem.

Very nice house, big kichen, balcony outside to enjoy the stunning view, everything very clean. Its very close to the sea so you can enjoy a nice walk on the beach. Would recomend!!!

It was no problem to come late in the evening. The house was warm, clean, and there was everything we needed. Sad, that we only stayed here for 1 night. I would love to come back here again.

This is without doubt the best hotel of my several weeks long trip to Norway and back again. I discovered it accidentally and at first just came to see the lighthouse and have a dinner. But spending some time there made me think that I actually want to return for a night at this place. And oh boy, it exceeded all my expectations! It was two orders of magnitude better than hotels twice the price. I'm not sure if I've ever met so friendly and helpful staff who really made the whole difference - it felt more like staying at a friend's place rather than at a hotel. The food was great, the bed - one of the best I've ever slept on. And it's a pity I had time only for one night, I already miss this place and want to come back. Oh, and of course - the location and the opportunity to climb up an operating lighthouse! Also, please, pretty please, make it possible to come there for the nothern lights!

The location is stunning (big windows and outdoor eating patio with a stellar view of Segla Mountain!). Senjahopen is a beautiful little town with kids out on their bikes and friendly locals. You can gather shells right across the street. The home is spacious and very well-equipped (kitchen, bedding, lighting… everything). It’s perfect to stay with teenagers as there is lots of space both inside and outside.
