Everything is top notch, family owned hotel with great breakfast, motel room was awesome, beautiful location with river and fjord and a lot to do on a day trips around. Also perfect scenery in the evening to enjoy sunsets over fjord. Free rowing boat to enjoy lake :). You can make sandwiches and fill-in bottle of coffee to got for a small fee during the breakfast - we used this offer and it was very nice and convenient.

So peaceful, in connection with the fjords at all times seeing them through the window, and everything I needed right there: a perfectly equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room, a place to swim and relax, a beautiful trail around the corner, a supermarket, a kayak (and assistance) from the hosts... They were the most genuine, caring people, it was so nice to stay with them. Highly recommend to stay here!! Ideally for multiple days so you can really unwind, slow down, soak in the beauty...

Set in Lofthus along the Hardangerfjord, 32 km from Odda, Lofthus Camping boasts a children's playground and a private beach area. Kinsarvik is 8 km from the property. We stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a stunning view of the fjord and mountains. The facilities were spotless and everything felt fresh and well cared for.

You have to be careful with your head, because of low ceilings and steep wooden stairs, but that just adds to the charm. The location is also perfect, there are countless hiking opportunities in direct proximity and even the views in morning out of the window on the lakes and the close by mountains is quite pretty. Lastly, the host was very welcoming and nice and we can definitely recommend the stay.
