Picton Waterfront Apartments offer spacious, modern, self-contained accommodation in the heart of Picton. This is truly a stunning place! The location could not be better. We were laying in bed at night watching the ferries come and go. Early in the morning we just hopped down the elevator to go get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops downstairs. After a lovely dinner (also just downstairs at one of the restaurants) we took a stroll down the marina. Everything is within easy walking distance. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly as pictured. The unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The couches in the lounge were very comfortable and could fit our family of four easily and comfortably. The two fully equipped bathrooms were so convenient having two teenagers with us. Directions and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this unit again when in Picton. This was definitely one of the best, if not THE best place we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, were provided -from a box of tissues in the bathroom, to a hair straightener! Thank you for making our visit to beautiful Picton just perfect.

This might be the nicest place we have stayed since beginning extended travel in retirement. It was a bit more than our budget, but we cooked our dinners to compensate, which worked out well as we really enjoyed being there in the evenings. The photos do a great job of showing the large bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen. It's decorated like a home rather than a hotel, and has a large deck with a lovely view of the marina. It does take 10-15 minutes to walk into town, depending on your destination, but it's a lovely walk. We were able to arrange a ride into town with our luggage the morning we departed as we had already dropped a car off.

We had a short stay to get the early ferry which is only 5 minutes away. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the apartment views

The lady that we dropped the keys off to us was a gem! She even took our luggage plus our elderly traveler to the airport. We will always remember her kindness!

Furneaux Lodge is located in Endeavour Inlet and has a garden and shared lounge. This resort offers a concierge service and luggage storage space. The property features a restaurant. Amazing location. You cant beat dinner on the verandah looking out to the Sounds. It is such a relaxing place. Our fifth time at the Lodge and we hope to be back.

Te Mahia Bay Resort offers accommodation in Kenepuru Sounds. The resort has a barbecue and a private beach area. A TV with satellite channels. The bay is like a Paradise. The apartment is huge, fully equipped, you'll miss nothing from there. You'll need to go there with watertaxi, fast, not cheap but worth it. Trevor and Jann so lovely and helpful in everything, kayak, SUP, they have a street food truck also if you want dinner there, but you could grill yourself also. Nice cakes, coffees and small grocery also available there. Highly recommend to escape for a while from towns. The pictures are random, I could upload like 100 😜

Flaxbourne Motels is located in Ward. Each room here will provide you with a TV. There is a full kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator. Clean, modern, well looked after, quiet location, ideal for the island ferry transfer. The local beach (8 minute drive) is lovely too

The hosts were lovely and very detail oriented. We wish we could have stayed longer and highly recommend staying here while in Picton.
