We had reserved 1 one-bedroom apartment and 2 studio units and the owner was kind enough to upgrade all of our rooms to one-bedroom units free of charge. Highly recommended place of stay in Nelson!

Arcadia Motel is situated just 3 minutes’ walk from Tahunanui Beach. It has a solar-heated swimming pool and rooms with well-equipped kitchens. WiFi access is free. The owner was super friendly and really hospitable.

I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of Gabi the check in assistant. Stunning apartment and stunning views. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location especially for a family with kids. We didn’t have a car so we would walk to cafes, restaurants, parks, Natureland, the beach and more. The apartment pool was beautiful to swim in. Honestly couldn’t fault the stay here. We will definitely stay here again when I get another chance to visit my family in Nelson. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Amazing from start to finish, fron the communication to check in to the apartment itself we could not have asked for anything else. Location was also perfect

This is a beautiful spacious house overlooking the beach that has everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and having ensuites for each bedroom was wonderful.

Moana Views was the standout of all the places we stayed at in New Zealand. Had everything we needed, and more. Good location, great views. Helpful friendly hosts. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nelson.

Rachel made sure every detail was perfect. Homemade bread, jam, granola and marmelade, lavender oil for the bath and great tips for activities nearby. Beautiful gardens. Absolute highlight of our trip!
