We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this unique cabin. Such a brilliant location with the most special view (even when we had a bit of rain on our final morning) and incredible surroundings. Photos really cannot do this place justice - it’s just beautiful and the little patio area is perfect for enjoying some outside time in this part of the world. This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!

Clean, spacious, and well-equipped with an elevated location. Close to restaurants and a swimming beach. Comfortable beds and helpful host. Hard to beat. Parking is on the street but is effectively as good as private parking.

The Wheelhouse Inn features five self-contained houses and apartments with spectacular sea views, from Nelson's Port Hills to the lovely Tasman Bay. Very comfortable and cosy accommodation. Spacious and with an extraordinary view!

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Tahunanui Beach, Beaches Nelson offers self-contained accommodation with a private balcony or patio. It features a barbecue area, free bicycle rental and free WiFi. Our stay at Beaches Nelson was just perfect. We wanted to relax after a long drive from Christchurch and this was just the place to do that. The beach and other convenient stores/restaurants within walking distance. The bed was soooo comfy and this was the best sleep I’ve had since been in New Zealand. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Arcadia Motel is situated just 3 minutes’ walk from Tahunanui Beach. It has a solar-heated swimming pool and rooms with well-equipped kitchens. WiFi access is free. Good access to town, secluded. Near the beach. Great host
