There were Kaka birds that came right up to us and beautiful sounds on Tui singing endlessly. Thank you Bill and to our surprise it came with a car as well, which we got around Stewart island much more efficiently. I would definitely come back here and stay happily 😊

Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. Everything in our Tanara deluxe premium studio was perfect. Everywhere was top notch and spotlessly clean. The extra large rain shower and the TV at the end of the bath were luxurious. Great lighting options s as well.

They allowed us to charge our EV for an extra fee, which was super convenient for us. We will definitely come back

Niagara Ridge Retreat will always be remembered as the place where we first caught the aurora australis (Southern Lights). We rented the accommodation for 3 days 2 nights. Before the trip, we hoped to see the Southern Lights. So imagine the excitement when we actually caught it on the 2nd night/3rd morning of our stay, in the comfort of the accommodation. The location is perfect with amazing views. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay so we did not use the outdoor spa. The rooms are spacious and well heated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. This is one of the best accommodations we had stayed. Highly recommend!

You get your own driveway. Lockbox check-in with clear instructions. Excellent bathroom products (especially the handmade soaps and the bath bombs). We loved the outdoor double bath. The bed’s super comfortable. You could even stare at the sea on your bed. You just can't beat this one for a romantic getaway. Will definitely come back again someday.
