Cabins are fairly close to each other but private enough we could enjoy our stay. Had washer and dryer available if needed.

Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. The studio was excellent, and met all of our expectations. Very close to the center of town. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family

They allowed us to charge our EV for an extra fee, which was super convenient for us. We will definitely come back

Niagara Ridge Retreat will always be remembered as the place where we first caught the aurora australis (Southern Lights). We rented the accommodation for 3 days 2 nights. Before the trip, we hoped to see the Southern Lights. So imagine the excitement when we actually caught it on the 2nd night/3rd morning of our stay, in the comfort of the accommodation. The location is perfect with amazing views. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay so we did not use the outdoor spa. The rooms are spacious and well heated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. This is one of the best accommodations we had stayed. Highly recommend!

Set in park-like grounds on the shores of Lake Te Anau, 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, Te Anau Lakefront Backpackers has both mountain and lake views from the majority of the rooms. We loved staying in our glamping tent for the night! It was super clean and comfortable in there. The showers and bathrooms were also very clean.
