Wonderfully unique accommodation set in beautiful gardens. Felt like we were staying with a friend. If we ever manage back to this part of New Zealand we will stay for longer.

Really a great stay, and nothing to suggest to improve, everything was spot on. Would be back like a shot if heading back up that way, and I hope to be as a wonderful area

The Apartments are in a nice quiet part of Marahau valley. They are self contained, comfortable, clean and provide easy access to the national park. The nightly rates are very reasonable and (in my opinion) offer excellent value.

Situated in Marahau, Kanuka Ridge Lodge is a short drive to the beach, the cafes, restaurants and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park. Free unlimited WiFi and private parking. The owner was super friendly and great to chat to, a really funny guy. The accommodation was clean and the veranda was lovely. There were loads of birds in the bushes. The veranda is shared but the people next to us weren’t a bother at all. Because there are only 8 cabins everything is really relaxed and quiet which is really nice. It is also only a short drive down to Marahau.

Situated in Marahau, 38 km from Nelson, Abel Tasman Lodge features a hot tub and sauna. Abel Tasman National Park is within a 5-minute walk from the property. Beautiful clean unit and they even made up the bed when we were out.
