Perfect location in the historical Center of Nizwa. Very helpful staff — а beautiful girl from Togo and the host itself. Super clean. WC and Shower is cleaned with special good detergents like in Europe. Clean kitchen and good working A/C. We exchanged numbers with the host and his assistant from Togo but a couple of days later my IPhone got damaged by salty water and I lost their contacts. So I hope they will read this review and write me on what’s up please :)

This is a very special place in the old town of Nizwa with the rooftop terrace and the views to the city. The room was big with the bathroom with huge bathtub, nice stuff, perfect location, parking place.

The owner is lovely as the place. Super peaceful and in the historic centre. Perfect location to access everything.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the souq and the fort. You can reach everything within walking distance. Breakfast is served in the "jungle" garden. From our entire trip, in our opinion Nizwa is the city that has the most to offer to tourists. You can easily spend a few nights there and make 1 day excursions.

Friendly staff, perfect location direct in city center, lot of stuff in the kitchen, also served breakfast. Outside is a terrace, where you can seat and talk with other guests by tea or coffee, which is offered there everytime

The room was clean and beautiful and the hotel is in a perfect location, 3 min by foot from Nizwa fort. It is possible to have a very goof breakfast in the garden, at additional cost. People working at reception were very kind and welcoming.
