Staff was really friendly and professional. Ikhtikar and his colleague made the stay very pleasant. The stay is next to the WW2 era runway and right next to the beach and near the lighthouse.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. Nice room, great breakfast, hospitality on top. A must visit place when visiting Sur!

The property is still new, very clean and in great condition. There is a swimming pool and a cozy shaded seating area available as well as the indoor reception area / majlis. The host, Mr. Abdullah, is very helpful and always available on site. He did everything to make the stay enjoyable. We were traveling over the Eid holidays and on this occasion were treated to a delicious home cooked dinner, provided by the owner Mr. Humaid.

Very neat and spacious room with good style, beautiful hall with many details. Everything worked well,we had no issues with water or lights. The coast is really near,with a beautiful cliff and you can see some birds and shells.

The place is clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available if I needed anything. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant place to relax. Highly recommended if you're visiting the area! Perfect to start ealry for Wadi Shab...
