Salem is the best host ever, he is so helpful, friendly and he knows absolutely everything about the area, activities. The food at the guesthouse is sooo tasty, the service is great. Attention to details, friendly people, for sure this is one of the highlights of Oman🤍🤍 such a happiness to stay here everytime. I will come back in few months. I highly recommend this place for a complete travel experience in Oman🩷

Staff was really friendly and professional. Ikhtikar and his colleague made the stay very pleasant. The stay is next to the WW2 era runway and right next to the beach and near the lighthouse.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Very modern and comfortable rooms with amazing view. The hotel has plenty of parking space and staff was kind as well. Its the one to book if you are staying in Sur.

The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. The best hotel for all of our stay in Oman. We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people. It's not just our rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelled great. The location was convenient for us to explore the beaches close to Sur. We went to a hidden beach called Al-Khesah which is about 30 mins drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and completely empty. This is no doubt one of best beaches I've ever been to. It is also convenient to drive to Bidiyah from this hotel.

The host, Mr Abdullah, is very welcoming and friendly. He was constantly providing us with snacks and one night even provided a full meal for all the guests. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Wifi is good. Pool and garden area is really nice. Breakfast is amazing. Area is very quiet. Didn't want to leave!! The only negative is the amount of plastic rubbish lying around between the Guest House and the beach. This is not the fault of the Guest House. But it is such a shame that such a beautiful location is spoiled in this way.
