The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking, which creates complete comfort for your stay. There is a super nice rooftop bar with very beautiful views. In my opinion, everything was great.

But what made the stay unforgettable is the unwavering service from the staff. Particularly Seda, who went to buy a collector's item in the city especially for me that I wanted. And Bandana who prepared special tea for me every day against my cold. Fasrul who gave me all his attention and patiently listened to my stories. I was touched when Seda, Bandana and Fasrul gave me the collector's item as a souvenir of my stay. I'll never forget! With such staff, any hotel stay would be a wonderful experience!
