Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. Hotel per see is just 5* hotel in hot country. What really stands out is the service. My wife got seriously sick. There was a doctor on site, which give us first diagnose and medicaments before finaly going to emergency. Staff was really wonderfull, we got a lot of care, way more than we expected. Especially I want to send thanks to Moumita, Richilda and Navid for all the help. Even fact, we know them by name should tell you how they stand out ;-)

One of the most beautiful hotels we stayed in. The rooms, the staff, the location and beach, the food, absolutely everything was perfect. The staff treated us like family, from the reception to the restaurant and beach staff. They are so genuinely nice and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional, the best we ever had in a hotel. Every night there is another themed dinner in the main restaurant. The beach is amazing, everything is so cozy, luxurious and feels like a home away from home. Can't wait to be back.

The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This 5-star beachfront resort in Muscat is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. It has a spa with massage services, swimming pools. We arrived a little early, and were checked into our room with no issue. The rest of the day until 4pm, when we had a tour booked, was spent just relaxing around the hotel having a coffee and cake and walking along the beach path. We enjoyed the beautifully calm atmosphere with the water features, the breakfast offering and variety was superb. Always very friendly and helpful service and the swimming pools at the end of our second day (100-meter pool) was absolutely amazing and we stayed until well after the cauldrons were lit. The room service updates were exceptional.

Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. "The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was very clean. There are many restaurants and bars, so if you don't want to go out, everything is available inside. The Edge Bar was amazing, and the view was also nice. The staff there are all amazing. There's a restaurant buffet with a different menu every night. We stayed there for seven days and had breakfast every day. The only thing that bothered us a little was that sometimes I think they just refried some of the food in the restaurants, especially the hash browns. One morning, I ordered an omelet that never came, and the second day, it took 20 minutes to arrive. Also, one night at the seafood buffet, a lady named May at the fish booth was a little rude to us and gave us attitude. If they don't want us to order certain items, like lobster or fish, they should put up a sign indicating a limit, such as one per person or one or two per table. But a buffet is a buffet. There were four of us at the table, and our husbands had already ordered a lobster each. So, when my friend and I went to order another lobster for ourselves, May told us, 'Oh, that table already ordered the same thing.' It felt like she didn't want us to order for ourselves, so we just left."

The hotel was very new. However, the procedures was very smooth. I really did like the whole ambiance of the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly.
