The hotel’s location is in a luxurious area, the facilities are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and spotless They even surprised us twice with birthday cakes for my wife, which made our stay extra special

I had a wonderful time at Al Bustan Palace hotel. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the pool. But what made the stay unforgettable is the unwavering service from the staff. Particularly Seda, who went to buy a collector's item in the city especially for me that I wanted. And Bandana who prepared special tea for me every day against my cold. Fasrul who gave me all his attention and patiently listened to my stories. I was touched when Seda, Bandana and Fasrul gave me the collector's item as a souvenir of my stay. I'll never forget! With such staff, any hotel stay would be a wonderful experience!
