Activities in the surrounding area include snorkeling, fishing, and scenic ocean tours. the views are absolutely breathtaking! we loved having the option of both pool and beach. the courtesy transportation was a huge bonus since we barely left so we didn’t want to commit to renting a cart. we’ll be back again!

The closest beach to the house is Playa Ejecutiva, a 10-minute walk away or less than 5 minutes by golf cart. Playa Cacique beach can also be reached in a 10-minute walk.

The property offers free parking and also offers affordable golf cart rental. The Contadora Island Airstrip is 1.5 km away. I liked everything. The place was charming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely. Most of all, Nicola was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us to rent a golf cart and arrange for a snorkeling trip as well as telling us many things about the island. She went well above the usual level of customer service.

At the bed and breakfast, units come with bed linen and towels. This property was fantastic to stay at. The hosts Vicky and Cynthia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The service was 10/10 especially regard arrival and drop off from the ferry port (the hill is a biggie, but makes the views phenomenal). The Eco Lodge takes pride in recycling and looking after the environment. Activities such as hiking and Sea fishing were available in which I did both. Regarding hiking there are some fantastic whattsapp guides and the sea fishing was with a local man called Freddie, the trip was a success and two big Spanish mackerel were caught, it was a great day! Everything from the service to the best pina colada on the island (thank you Vicki) was top notch. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone looking to travel to Taboga island.

Mar Y Oro is situated in Contadora Island, Panamá. The property offers luggage storage services, a restaurant on site and all is placed in the middle of extensive tropical gardens.

The rooms and suites all have WiFi access available, are air conditioned and feature views of either the garden or the sea front. The bathrooms have showers and provide free toiletries. The beach is beautiful, and the room that we stayed in the suite had a fabulous views and amazing privacy.
