The hotel is impeccably maintained, nicely appointed, and in a convenient (if touristy) location for walking. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us both checked in and out. Our arrival time in Lima put us at the hotel hours before the standard check in time, but they were kindly able to accommodate an early check in. We departed the city on a red-eye; again the front desk staff were kindly able to help us store our luggage for the entire day after we checked out. The in-hotel restaurants were great options for both food and drinks.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and even packed us a breakfast when we checked out early. The hotel is staffed 24/7 and feels very safe.
