It is however “far” from the town, which is not an issue because there are drivers to take you there all the time! Bungalows are cozy, the showers open air and overall the atmosphere was great, there was everything we would need! Richard the owner has a heart made of gold. The snorkeling trip organized by the hostel was fantastic too!

The pool was great and we loved the outdoor seating areas and complimentary coffee, tea, juice and water that was available throughout the day. The staff were so great in helping us rent scooters, get our laundry done, order tricycles, etc.

Bill and Cristina were wonderfully welcoming and always ready to help. Our treehouse had breathtaking views, and the bed was so comfortable. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters that felt like paradise. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the village, where we could enjoy coffee, lunch, or dinner. The friendly dogs made our stay even more special, adding to the warm and homey atmosphere. Every day, we treated ourselves to fresh coconuts and relaxing full-body massages—pure bliss! This was truly one of the best holidays we've ever had. A well-deserved five stars!

The resort is right on the beach, with bar and restaurant serving delicious food and drinks the whole day!! Breakfast is good and offers different options daily, food is covered with foil to prevent flies (something we didn’t see often in the Philippines). Cold water is always available and bottle refill for a minimum charge of 25 pesos. A little to no plastic is used and plenty of shade. The reception is really helpful and will help you with anything you may need (including finding a good massage). Right at the bar there is also the dive center offering curses and fun dives (EXCEPTIONAL). What we liked the most is the family atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly attentive helpful and welcoming!! We thank JM, Eileen, Karen, Shara and the rest of the staff for making our week in Malapascua amazing!
