Eveyone from the front office Mitzi, Val and Sky were exceptional. my flight was moved the next day so i had to rebook and take the earlier flight i called them at 3am and Sky was nice enough to assist me at 3am and arranged everything. the guys from reservations were also great and made sure everything went smoothly. the staff at piece of sky, the rooftop restaurant were really attentive to our needs. Everything we ate were exceptional in fact we ate there for lunch and dinner for our entire stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and thoughtfully designed.

The staff were amazing, the vibes were on point and I can’t even begin to say how good the food was. Definitely take the yoga classes and hang in the hammocks. Such a treat to experience.

Happiness Hostel El Nido is honestly one of the best hostels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s right on the beach, the atmosphere is lively with daily activities, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They offer free coffee and bananas, the washrooms are clean, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The hostel’s restaurant and bar are great as well, and guests get a nice discount. I honestly couldn’t find anything negative to say about this place. Highly recommended if you want a fun, comfortable, beachfront stay in El Nido.

I was travelling with 3 elderly and they took such good care of them. The resort is fabulous with great food, views, and amenities. Breakfast and welcome drinks were fabulous. The tuk tuk service 24/7 was fantastic as we were able to go to the town at any time. We celebrated my husband's birthday and they decorated his room as a wonderful surprise. El Nido hospitality is truly special. I recommend anyone to book this resort. You will have an unforgettable stay.

We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

The location, design and comfort of the cottages, the impressive food choice, and the very sweet and helpful staff. This place is a perfect getaway, with the nicest hosts and a beautiful location. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
