Hands down, one of the best stays I’ve ever had and I’m not just saying that. The room is cold, quiet, clean. No clutter, no weird smells, no half-broken stuff. You walk in, you breathe. You sleep well. You don’t hear anything. It’s just… PERFECT. John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

Even though there was no electricity on the island I felt very comfortable here. They had a generator and the location is very central. Special thanks to Erwen, who made my stay even more worthwhile. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The people are the best around - Carlos, Patricia, Jake and the rest of the gang are absolutely impeccable. They make you feel like family, cannot do enough and are just generally awesome human beings. Jake is also an awesome musician, and chef. Carlos is the king of Casavia - ensuring smooth stay for everyone and has an unbreakable bond with the dogs, and just generally makes you feel safe and looked after. Super clean, and the cleaners (whose names I’ve forgotten - sorry!) are super lovely and working super hard to keep the place spotless. Beds are the best I’ve ever had in the whole of my time in Asia. Kitchen facilities awesome. Views of the sea. Great location. Pretty much a private beach nearby? Showers in the jungle? What more could you ask for. Obsessed with the shelves you get inside your pod. This was a place you could fully unpack and make a “home”; which is why I stayed for 3 weeks - and why you should too.

All the staff were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and happy to help in any way. Julius the manager was there to assist on any request big or small. Would definitely recommend. Also stunning location right on top of the beach.

We spent 30 days in the Philippines, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The location, the landscaping/grounds, the view, the room with all of it beautiful and unique touches were exceptional. The hosts Joseph and Elvira were amazing — super helpful with renting, scooters, tips for restaurants, arranging a masseuse to come to the property, setting up a private island hopping experience, and a surfing trip—you name it! The cold coconut water upon arrival, umbrellas, rain ponchos, flowers in the spa-like bathroom, the most luxurious bed and linens … I could go on and on. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is great. nothing to complain. 3 minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Ruben was very helpful with all belongings...he did everything possible to make our stay perfect!
