You sleep well. You don’t hear anything. It’s just… PERFECT. John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

Great location and cosy rooms! The room was very clean and really close to the center of General Luna, which makes easy to walk for restaurants and bars in the evening. Erwen, and Ina, who managed the property were very helpful and arranged all the activities and tours for us. They also provided a lot of recommendations on how to spend our days in the island! Thanks guys! We’ll definitely come back when we visit again Siargao 😊

Patricia made sure that we were taken care of. The property is located just beside the famous Cloud 9 Boardwalk.

Alvira and Joseph are the kindest, most hospitable hosts I’ve encountered in a long time. The quality of the facilities is outstanding, and I loved every second of my stay here. Great location right on the beach front. The waves were always full and picturesque! The pool was lovely and super convenient because I had brought my family here (2 senior citizens) and wasn't sure if they'd be able to handle balancing in the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating as all Filipinos are, and the food was great too! Also, was nice to have wifi in the restaurant and the rooms because my parents didn't buy a local plan.
