The hotel was not big that is a plus was feeling cosy and calm. The breakfast was excellent. I like that hotel had living room with snacks. So you can always drink tea and read and take a good rest. Everything was clean and tidy.

The location was very convenient, as it was only about a 3-minute walk from the subway station exit. It takes roughly 30 to 40 minutes to get here from the airport by connecting subway lines. However, please note that there is no escalator at the subway exit, so travelers with large luggage should be aware of this. Also, I was initially concerned about street noise since the room faced the street, but the inner window effectively blocked the sound, and noise was not a big issue. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Clean, well equipped and spacious room. Every morning fresh bread and croissants were waiting us in a cute sack that was hanging from the door knob!

There was a misunderstanding regarding our room type upon check-in but the staff handled it well and sorted it out for us. Our (final) room was spacious with a view of the pool as stated in our booking. They also helped my husband organize a surprise birthday morning greeting with flowers and also a nice family dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The facilities were great and the food was fantastic too. Thank you for a memorable stay at Alcochete!

And pastes de nata as a welcome gift :)
