The staff was amazing and even gave us an extra breakfast when we arrived at 10.30 and our room was already ready. Drinks in the mini fridge was free including beer and soft drinks. They also had chrome cast for the tv. We will definitely come back when in Lisbon again.

Staff were friendly and responsive, there were a variety of snacks (their pastel de nata was good!!!)+juice+coffee+water at the living room 24/7, we had a clean and cozy room. We got a standard double room located at the 1st floor which had a small balcony overlooking a small plaza & you get a glimpse of the castle. There were elevators and tram stops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. The location is in a centrally located area, close to the main sites of interests and shopping. it is also close to a metro stop, which made getting to the airport and/or large train station to connect to Porto easy. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. The breakfast was a small buffet but all the food prepared was good, they elected to have quality options vs quantity. The staff was accommodating and nice. My room was not ready because I arrived hours before check in, but they held my bag, offered me tea/snack in the breakfast room and told me were the rest room is, if I needed it. My room was a good size with a balcony but I didn't get to enjoy it much on this short trip.

Our stay in Lisbon wouldn't have been as positive if we didn't stay in this beautiful hotel! The service was top class. The lovely receptionist organised our taxi service from the airport and it was seamless. From our first arrival we were welcomed with smiles! The location is excellent, no need for Ubers as everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room itself is spacious and immaculately clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is a smart tv to connect to your phone to play music in the room! The bathroom was decorated very nicely and Rituals products were available, a real luxurious treat. Even though this hotel is so central, the shutters in the room block out the noise from the street and you wouldn't even know you were in the centre. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Breakfast arrangement was excellent, location was great, staff was very helpful, room was clean and cozy.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, it just 200 metres from Rossio Square a short walk from the iconic Santa Justa Lift. The staff were warm and helpful, very accommodating. The room was exactly what I needed and there were thoughtful details. The location was ideal, downtown and walking distance to all central locations. Road is currently being trialled for a pedestrian area so if you’ve large bags you would have to walk 5 mins on foot with them to reach the hotel.

The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. The staff were amazing. Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed the water view. Happy with the location. Option to book the pool/sauna privately was great!

The staff was nice, attentive, helpful… Mama herself is a doll! The bathrooms were clean! Dinner was the best food I ever had in Lisbon! All made with love and care. I was lucky because the friends I made while staying there were great too.
