Our room was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful And we absolutely loved the breakfast , it was amazing, delicious and served in a delightful dining room . Would stay there again without any hesitation.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, with plenty of storage space. A good breakfast in a very pleasant setting. The hotel is in ideal location, right in the city center. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Definitely one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in.

Their hospitality, friendliness, and great recommendations made for a fantastic experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a welcome gift from the hotel—a thoughtful touch that made me feel even more special. I had an amazing time in Lisbon, and I highly recommend Hotel da Baixa to anyone visiting the city.
