Amazing location, so central in Alfama and right near some beautiful viewpoints. Still a quick walk to the main city centre. Lovely room with everything I needed - appreciated the small gifts on arrival. Would absolutely stay again if I make it back to Lisbon.

The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including hand written notes and daily chocolates. The front desk was super helpful. Location great - close to all we needed but not in the midst of the busy areas. We would definitely stay there again.

They gave us room upgrade when we arrived and we stayed at the room with view, staff was very nice.

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. We came with a baby (6 months) and received a baby crib and tub. Lovely breakfast to the door room every morning The staff was amazing they gave as everything we ask for And the location is great! The room is big and had everything we need in it We surely will come again :)))

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to start each day perfectly. Would definitely recommend! The staff went above and beyond – they were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even thoughtfully packed a breakfast for us since our flight was early, which made a huge difference. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way!

Featuring free WiFi, Otília Apartamentos is set in Lisbon, 550 metres from Chiado and the Dona Maria II National Theatre. The accommodation is air conditioned and features a seating and dining area. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially as it was at last minute that we booked the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent. Definitely will recommend it.

Excellent location, large rooms, air conditioning well enough, very clean, warm staff. Mamas dinner is great for meeting people. The pub crawl was also amazing(we were around 90 people!). Highly recommend
