The locations is perfect in beautiful Alfama district with walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing and even gave us an extra breakfast when we arrived at 10.30 and our room was already ready. Drinks in the mini fridge was free including beer and soft drinks. They also had chrome cast for the tv. We will definitely come back when in Lisbon again.

Staff were friendly and responsive, there were a variety of snacks (their pastel de nata was good!!!)+juice+coffee+water at the living room 24/7, we had a clean and cozy room. We got a standard double room located at the 1st floor which had a small balcony overlooking a small plaza & you get a glimpse of the castle. There were elevators and tram stops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Lisbon wouldn't have been as positive if we didn't stay in this beautiful hotel! The service was top class. The lovely receptionist organised our taxi service from the airport and it was seamless. From our first arrival we were welcomed with smiles! The location is excellent, no need for Ubers as everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room itself is spacious and immaculately clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is a smart tv to connect to your phone to play music in the room! The bathroom was decorated very nicely and Rituals products were available, a real luxurious treat. Even though this hotel is so central, the shutters in the room block out the noise from the street and you wouldn't even know you were in the centre. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. Would like to especially commend Aluce and Beatrice of the front desk. Both so friendly, helpful and professional.

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. Very nice and plentiful breakfast. The staff were very helpful and instantly catered to our special needs. Hotel perfectly situated in the middle of everything, but still a quiet location.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed the water view. Happy with the location. Option to book the pool/sauna privately was great!

The common spaces are comfortable as for work so as for leisure and communication with other travellers! The rooms give you piece and ability to rest, the showers were nice (don’t forget not to stay there for long, water can become colder). Mamma’s dinner is must-visit event! Delicious meal and wonderful company! Pub crawling is also fun time!! Hostel is located near the metro station and an embankment, 5-10 minutes from all the pubs also!
